CF8M versus CF3M
CF3M is a low-carbon cast stainless grade. It should be listed as an alternative grade only when the technical specification allows it.

CF8M may be specified in floating, trunnion or other cast-body ball valve arrangements depending on the design offered; verify the actual production configuration.
